Mecklenburg County's ADA grievance procedure is designed to quickly resolve any problems, complaints or conflicts related to the County’s ADA compliance.
The ADA Coordinator has the full authority to investigate complaints and maintains a log of all complaints or concerns submitted. All allegations received will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt.
