Request ADA Assistance

Under Title II of the ADA, a reasonable request refers to a modification or accommodation that allows individuals with disabilities to access public spaces, services or programs. These requests must be disability related and reasonable, meaning they don’t compromise safety rules or fundamentally alter essential services. Examples include providing sign language interpreters, accessible transportation, providing a ramp into a facility, or modifying a policy related to a program or service.
